Sam posted this about a YEAR ago. He’s a pain in the ass and a hot, drunk mess but he’s my best friend. People search the world in hopes of finding that one person who can truly love them unconditionally (excluding family), and I’ve found that in him. It’s an honest, straight forward, nothing-but-love kind of relationship that I would NOT trade for the world. We’ve lived in the same city and in different cities, and whether it’s down the road or 100s of miles our friendship has not hindered by distance.  When you carry out with your day-to-day routines and get caught up in the messiness of life, you forget to stop and think about all the great things you have in your possession. 

So, stop. And take just a second. And think of the special people in your life that have stuck by you through “thick and thin” and saw the growth in the person you’ve become. Sure, it’s all cheesy and cliche, but the feeling that can come from it…well that’s just “priceless”. ;) 

So, I write this as my first blog entry on Tumblr ‘cause it’s so fitting of the way that I’m so behind on the times and technology that my best friend has always been up to date on.
